Your key responsibilities
Prepare onboarding notice to ensure business is prepared for new partner. Analyze process to ensure they are efficient and effective
Prepare welcome email and joining instruction and send to Direct Admit Partner (DAP) on commencement
Collect returned forms from the DAP, check for completeness and forward to relevant parties
Download background check reports and review findings.
Prepare transfer documentation outlining the term of the transfer and associated relocation benefits
Administrative support to the annual internal admission process
Prepare departure email advising relevant stakeholders of details relating to a partners exit from EY. Plan and work with Regional Partner Matters for communication and ensure all paperwork and issues are dealt with.
Oversee all administrative process associated with partner capital contribution. Liaison with EY designated banks to ensure effective management of capital contribution process.
Prepare confirmation letters for partners relating to proof of partnership, earnings, immigration status or other requested data.
Prepare monthly and quarterly reconciliation of capital loan repayments
Prepare monthly partner headcount report and cumulative partner movement report
Prepare monthly partner movement report to AOE, SL & Regional leaders
Develop technical skills to upload, manipulate and manage content on the Asia-Pacific Partner Hub. Seek out refreshed content from owners and regularly scan site for out of date content
Other administrative tasks and projects as directed by the team to contribute to the smooth administration of the group.
Skills and attributes for success
Undergraduate degree in business, administration or human resources
At least 2 years’ experience in a HR, Finance or Administrative role ideally in a professional office environment or global MNC
Strong Excel and spread sheeting skills (including vlookup, pivot tables, formulas setting)
Good numeracy skills
Ability to learn quickly and grasp new concepts
Excellent command of written and spoken English, and Mandarin
To qualify for the role you must have
Undergraduate degree in business, administration or human resources
