Human Resources Officer
Job description
The role as an HR Business Partner will work close with senior colleagues within the team to support HR daily operations and projects of Deloitte Global Delivery Center
> Support staff life-cycle management (e.g. on-boarding, existing, transferring, etc.);
> Facilitate HR relevant events / activities;
> Maintain and track third-party / Internship staffs’ attendance records;
> Support senior staffs within HR Team to prepare and provide management / business functions HR relevant analysis;
> Support HR daily administrations.
> Bachelor or above level’s degree with a major in ideally Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or relevant fields;
> At least 2 years of full-time experiences in HR area as a Generalist or Business Partner. Candidates who have worked in cross-culture environments (e.g. MNCs)
will be highly desired
Previous experiences in supporting Employee Activities and maintaining new media (e.g. WeChat platform) will be highly desired;
> Excellent communication skills in both English and Mandarin;
> Team play / detail oriented / proactive mindsets.
