In keeping with an ambitious growth plan, TGRC is now looking to expand the office in China.

The Role

– As a graduate consultant, the successful candidate will have excellent exposure to the day-to-day running of an international consulting agency. They will be required to provide assistance across a number of functions including sales activities, account management, and operations. Specific duties will include:

– Working closely with a Senior Consultant in managing everyday working processes. This will include attending meetings, arranging interviews, computer-based correspondence, customer relationship management etc.

– Identifying and pre-qualifying potential clients.

– Database management.

– Assisting with the creation of new marketing materials to be targeted at specific clients in both local regions and abroad.

– Attending industry conferences in an attempt to increase the exposure of the group itself.

The Candidate

– The successful candidate must speak fluent Chinese and must have the desire to succeed within a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment. The person must be confident in speaking with others both in person and over the phone
