1. 主要通过电话,邮件及传真负责处理大中华地区所有万豪酒店的客房预订及销售,并建议适合的房型,满足客人的客房住宿要求;
2. 为客人提供与众不同的接听体验,确保客人的需求和疑问得到满足,从而建立长期的顾客忠诚度;
3. 遵照公司的制度与程序,以专业的水准及优质的服务为客人提供相关万豪酒店服务设施的信息;
4. 协助完成万豪礼赏会员的登记。
Job Description:
1. Process all reservation requests, changes, and cancellations received by phone, fax, or mail. Identify guest reservation needs and determine appropriate room type.
2. Offer distinctive call experience to guests and satisfy them with their requests and questions in order to build up a long-term customer loyalty.
3. Follow all company policies and procedures, provide information of property facilities/services and room accommodations with professional and qualified service to guests.
4. Enroll guest in Marriott Rewards program.
职位要求:
1.普通话、英语标准流利,会听粤语(英文需要具备日常沟通交流能力);
2.大专以上学历;
3.有酒店业、旅游业及客户服务经验的应聘者优先考虑;
4.具有较好的沟通能力,有较强的销售意识和客户服务意识。

Requirements:
1. Fluent in Mandarin and English, can understand Cantonese(daily communication);
2. College degree or above;
3. Experience in hotel, tourism or customer service is preferred;
4. Good communication skills, strong sense of selling and customer service are required.

工作时间:
