工作职责
Job Description:
1. Keep commercial relations with new and existing customers in order to continuously stay updated on new sales opportunities and running projects;
2. Responsible for Sales Channel development and management for the assigned market segment. Identify potential partners (agents, distributers, OEM partners, plant builders, etc.), establish cooperation and manage this;
3. Acquire actively the technical knowledge and applications of low voltage switchgears, in different industries;
4. Drawing up segment strategy, sales forecast and achieving sales results according to the annual and long term targets;
5. Invite and accommodate customers and prospects for demonstrations, tests, reference plant visits, exhibition stands, etc;
6. Actively gather and analyze competitor information and report this in a structured manner to the Regional Director (Europe and North America);
7. Actively explores the market in order to have an image of the sales potential (lead generation, prospect finding and market data mapping);
8. Maintain accurate leads, prospect and customer data in the CRM system, accurately report project status and forecasting and report details on lost project;
9. Responsible for judging the commercial approach and maximizing margins on products offered within given guidelines; motivate deviations to these boundaries when judged needed;
10. Participate actively in the Annual Asia & Tri-Annual worldwide sales meetings and issue dedicated presentations upon sales and territorial activities;
11. Identify needs for strengthening own organization in order to reach the ambitious sales/growth target. Potentially build up and lead a sales time dedicated for the segment;
12. Make yearly marketing plan for exhibitions, conferences, PR, etc and execute accordingly in cooperation with sales managers for other segments and the marketing department;
13. Join national (and international) fairs for lead generation, maintain relationship to existing contacts and collect industry updates.

Qualifications:
1. English (level for business negotiation), other languages are the plus;
2. Team worker;
3. At least Graduated degree;
4. Willing to stay overseas for 3 years;
5. 5 years working experience, 3 years for relevant industry is preferable.
