助理公关顾问 Assistant PR Consultant 职位描述:
1. Communication Plan Development
– Assisting the Account Manager/Director with the formulation of communications plans for clients.2. Campaign Planning
– Identifying stories, developing key messages, selecting key media, scheduling key dates
– Project managing process
3. Implementation
– Writing & translating releases/articles/marketing communications, developing media lists, pitching stories to key media and following up to maximize coverage
– Assisting with arrangements for press conferences, one-on-one interviews & press tours
– Working within agreed client budgets and internal cost budgets
4. Client Contact
– Maintaining day-to-day contact with clients, reacting to client needs and proactively identifying opportunities
5. Media Networking
– Developing and maintaining close relations with key media editors and journalists Researching and monitoring media opportunities for client exposure
6. Supplier Dealings
– Liaising with specialist suppliers, ensuring time/cost/quality requirements are achieved
7 Staff Supervision
– Supervising day-to-day activities of intern staff
Person Specification
Essential Criteria
1.Probably early/mid 20s, who aspires to working in a fast-paced, international, and multi-cultural environment.
2. Personal Traits Outgoing, confident, professional with presence. Assertive but not over-bearing. Driven, ambitious & focused
3. Education Graduate with higher level honors degree from good university in either relevant science or business subjects. Probably with post-graduate qualification in relevant subject, such as journalism, marketing communications
4. Experience Minimum of 1 years directly relevant experience with a commercial (and preferably international) organization, either on client or agency side of the media relations business, or possibly with a media operator
5. Base Skills Numerate, IT Literate (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Access), articulate, analytic. Self-starting, self-management and inter-personal skills
6. Language Skills Advanced proficiency in written and spoken English, with clearly demonstrable translation skills
7. Job Skills Copywriting. Potential ability to pitch stories
8. Potential Personal development potential to Account Manager role
