工作职责
1. 建立工程管理制度及流程,负责部门人员管理及团队建设;
2. 负责整个项目工程管理及运作,组织和协调公司内外资源,对项目工期、质量、投资、文明、安全生产进行有效管理;
3. 负责监督项目开发过程的优良性,对项目开展过程中遇到的问题负责;
4. 负责项目开发过程中的各分包商管理。
1. Establish construction management SOP, responsible for department staff management and team building;
2. Responsible for the overall project construction management and operation, organize and coordinate internal and external resources, to manage the schedule, quality, investment, civilization and safety of the project;
3. Responsible for overseeing the project development process, responsible for the problems encountered in the project development process;
4. Responsible for subcontractor management.

任职资格
1. 工程管理等相关专业大学本科及以上学历;
2. 三年以上房企相关工作经验,熟悉房地产相关业务流程;
3. 英语表达流利,能够作为工作语言使用,有印尼当地工作经历者优先;
4. 项目经验丰富,至少两个以上的完整项目工程管理经验;
5. 具有很强的沟通能力、协调能力和管理能力。
1. Bachelor degree or above in construction and other related fields;
2. More than five years of relevant experience in construction management in real estate development, familiar with the real estate – related business processes;
3. Fluent in English, can be used as a working language, with local work experience in Indonesia will be preferred;
4. Minimum two complete project construction management experience;
5. Have excellent communication, coordination and management skills.
