Responsibilities:
1. New product, new program, new ATE, new loadboard qualification and release to production.
2. Review customer spec and generate related specification, ECN, working instruction for production.
3. Manage/control test program, make sure release/update test program in time.
4. Analyze and dispose on hold lots in time.
5. Generate and manage golden units for ATE setup and verification.
6. Communicate with customer for test technical issues.
7. Team with on innovation project for quality and cost saving.
8. Handle customer complain and work out efficient & effective corrective actions.
9. Coach and guide fresh engineers.

Qualifications:
1. Bachelor Degree in Electronics/Electrical Engineering.
2. Preferably 3+ years experience in semiconductor industry. Familiar with 93K, Advantest T5375, D10, Chroma etc.
3. General programming skills on VB, C++ etc.
4. Good in English communication and writing skills.
5. Knowledge of engineering analysis (DOE, FMEA, SPC, JMP).
6. Good problem solving skill and working under pressure.
