国际人力资源(Commission&Payroll) 职位描述:
1. 贯彻执行公司薪资福利管理制度,协助公司佣金制度的制定;
2. 负责全球员工日常薪酬(除中国和日本地区)及佣金(全球)的处理、薪酬及佣金数据分析统计工作
3. 按时提交或缴纳全球薪酬及佣金信息。
4. 跟踪、分析公司内部薪酬及佣金数据;
5. 相关薪酬福利工作的联络以及向公司员工解答薪资或佣金方面的疑问;
6. 按要求提供各种与薪资或佣金有关的统计报表;
7. 协助开发和完善公司内部的HRIS系统;
8. 部门安排的其他工作
任职要求:
1. 大学本科及以上学历,人力资源和英语专业及有海外学习经验者优先;有工作经验优先
2. 有较强的英语听说读写能力,英语公共六级或其他同等水平英语证书以上;
3. 稳重踏实,细心严谨,有较强的学习理解能力、沟通能力和良好的职业道德素养,并有强烈的团队意识与责任心
4. 较强的逻辑性,及数据分析能力
5. 熟练掌握Excel,Outlook等办公软件
Job Description:
1. Draft and execute company’s payroll and compensation policies;
2. Ensure proper process for payroll and commission; Data analysis;
3. Ensure global employees’ salary and commission are submitted on time.
4. Develop and use data analytics and business metrics to track, analyse and budget payroll/commission costs;
5. Provide exceptional customer service with regard to day-to-day payroll/commission related issues and inquiries;
6. Generate financial reports to Accounting department and management;
7. Help with the continued development of our HRIS system;
8. Assist with various special ad hoc projects if required.
Job Requirement:
1. Bachelor’s degree or above required; Major in HR Management or English is a plus. Working experience in HR field is preferred
2. Frequent in both oral and written English; CET-6/Equivalent English certificate or above required;
3. Precise and detail-focused; High degree of professionalism, confidentiality and responsibility; Strong interpersonal communication skill and teamwork”
4. Strong sense of logic, and be good at data estimation and analysis;
5. Proficient in MS Office, particular in Excel, Outlook.
