Core responsibilities
1. Leads in motor sizing ,product model selection based on customer’s specification or market needs (e.g. solution for advanced position systems for cutting edge metrology / production tools for advanced manufacturing)
2. Analyses the performance of the design according to design’s specifications (e.g. performs MATLAB Simulink to designs)
3. Resolves design issues at the design and assembly level
4. Checks documents and ensures the accuracy of the Bill of material
5. Reviews and guides the preparation of work instructions
6. Liaises with customers to resolve complex product issues
7. Manages project when appointed as project in-charge
8. Reviews and guides the development of product manual and application notes for new products/applications
9. Leads and/or participates in organisation wide productivity improvement initiatives

Job specifications
1. Degree in mechatronics or automatic control
2. Relevant experience in EE,motor ,control, programming,vibration analysis
3. Demonstrate ability to handle work professionally, independently and efficiently
4. Strong knowledge at problem finding, reason analysis ,solution provider
5. Good interpersonal skills and able to interface with all levels, internally and externally, in a professional and responsive manner.
6. PCB design and layout experience?

工作规范
机电一体化或自动控制学位
1. EE，电机，控制，编程，振动分析相关经验
2. 表现出专业、独立、高效地处理工作的能力
3. 较强的问题发现、原因分析、解决方案提供商的知识
4. 良好的人际交往能力，能以专业和迅速的方式与内部和外部各阶层沟通。
5. PCB设计和布局经验
