Position Summary:
Corporate Recruitment attracts and encourages the highest-quality candidates for the organization, creates a talent pool of candidates to enable the selection of best candidates for the organization, determines present and future requirements of the organization in conjunction with its personnel planning and job analysis activities. Corporate Recruitment will be responsible for delivering all facets of recruiting successfully throughout the European organization by leveraging sourcing strategies.
The recruiter will support APAC Talent Acquisition Specialist for all the cases or tasks assigned to save the recruiting cost continuously.Job Description:
• Complete monthly and yearly recruiting plan for entry level positions through various channels (e.g. headhunter, recruitment job nets, campus, employee referral, internal transfer) and provide effective and efficient recruitment services.
• Check recruitment requisition with hiring managers and superior, and make sure each party understands the requirement of the JD and will strictly follow the timeline.
• Conduct CV screening, telephone interview, face-to-face interview, make interview assessment and do reference check at a timely manner.
• Build pipeline of candidates and maintain relationships with qualified candidates and contacts. Work closely with HR Colleagues to establish/maintain talent pool that provides internal sourcing
• Initiate, support and participate in several of TA programs (e.g. employer branding, process management, recruiting website, interview skill training to managers, assessment center. Etc.). Support superior to establish and maintain talent pool, follow potential candidate’s situation.
• Responsible for recruitment related administration tasks for APAC region
• Complete other tasks assigned by the superior.

Requirements/Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in related field required
• Fluent English language skill
• 0-3 years above dedicated, high volume staffing experience is preferred.
• Headhunting background is preferred.
• Strong interpersonal skills
