Graduate Trainee in Middle Office (客户业务部培训生) 职位描述:
Responsibilities:
– Is a member of the CB Middle Office team in his/her country (see role content below).
– Supports Front Office teams (Commercial Bankers and DOD) as needed to ensure timely and quality service on processing of CB and DOD products.
– Provides Back Office teams with all necessary input to ensure timely and quality service on processing of CB and DOD products.
– Keep an updated customer profile data base, answer client’s phone calls and make necessary actions to ensure that the complete and concise solutions/answers are provided on a timely basis.
– Deal with daily transactional works. Process the instructions received from clients including Payment, Loan&Depo, L/C, Guarantee, FX deals, etc and coordinate with operations.
– Account Management, Radical/RLC maintanence.
– Client on Boarding (KYC) controller
– Follow up required transactional documents and its related matters (i.e. fax agreement, exceptional approval…)
– Cross check and valid OPTIM contractual documentation
– Department consolidation (bank statement reconciliation, fax indemnity etc.)
– Perform other tasks assigned by department headRequirements:
– Bachelor degree/Master degree, with major as Finance related, Fresh graduate or within 1 year working experience
– The personality of skilled for communication
– Good command of English
– Good personality: detailed, serious, team-working spirit
– Relationship management and Commercial sense
– Capacity to cooperate and ability to work across disciplines
