1. Good communication and Team work with all function people including finance, order management , warehouse , manufacturing ,procurement and services .. etc.
2. Career motivation and passion for IT ERP job , Oracle and SAP kind of big ERP platform training and implementation experience is preferred
3. Process re-reengineering experience or IT system implementation about finance , order management , warehouse/inventory , manufacturing , procurement and services are highly preferred .
4. Project management awareness and experience is preferred
5. Logical thinking , Process oriented , lean six sigma training kind of Operation excellence experience is preferred
6. Mobility and flexibility to travel for the project assignment .
7. Accountable , Resistant to pressure, Learning Agility
