Main Responsibilities:
1.Develop nutritional product formulations, prototypes, pilot plant samples and scale-up of the manufacturing process on a factory scale
2.Identify and develop optimal manufacturing processes and solutions
3.Drive and manage projects, establish clear objectives and project plans
4.Actively participates in multi-disciplinary project teams
5.Drive new ideas, propose new raw materials/processes/products
6.Implement and adhere to Nestle Quality System requirements
7.Communicate effectively with internal/external business partners
Required Qualifications
1.3-5 years Experience in Food Industry doing new Product development in Beverage category, dairy product category. Experience with operations in factory is a must
2.Master , Bachelor in Food Science , knowledgeable in Dairy Science and Technology
3.Fluent in English (Understand, Read, Speak)
