Our Deloitte Forensic Analytic Forensic Technology (AFT) team use analytical tools to assist our clients to solve complex business issues with the use of technology enabled services. Such technology services include digital forensic, data recovery, e-discovery services, unstructured data analysis.

Our AFT services encompass the following:

• Digital Forensics
Deloitte digital forensic professional’s help companies find relevant information by collecting, preserving and harvesting data from electronic devices such as computer systems, phones, hand held devices, hard drives, servers and back-up media, maintaining and preserving the authenticity through evidentiary chain of custody. We conduct advanced digital forensics, including malware analysis, RAM memory analysis, mobile device analysis, digital fingerprinting of documents and computer systems, advanced decryption services, advanced file and system recovery.

• Electronic Discovery (Unstructured data mining)
Deloitte electronic discovery professionals leverage advanced technologies to help clients process and understand unstructured data. This data is presented for review and production using proven machine learning technologies and methodology. These integrated services are delivered out of our Solutions Centers located in Hong Kong and Shanghai and form part of our global network of Solution Centers.

Work you’ll do:
• Collect, assimilate, and analyse relevant data using forensic standard tools and present the same via data visualization
• Manage own work against project plan to ensure a superior client experience
• Comply with quality standards, risk rules, and confidentiality guidelines to deliver results
• Adopt a disciplined approach to building financial models
• Understand the mechanics of various analyses to support detection and prevention initiatives
• Leverage technology to perform data extraction, analysis and management in regulator-driven investigations, internal reviews or legal proceedings
• Gather and prepare data required for loss of profits and other damages assessments
• Perform an independent assessment of business environment and identify internal and external risks
• Gathers and analyse data in relation to patterns on misconduct or fraud, using Deloitte’s data management capabilities

Requirement:
• Bachelor degree or above, major in Computer Science/Software Engineering/Digital Forensics or similar
• Passion for personal growth and innovation
• Professional demeanour and good communication skills, both written and oral
Desirable:
• Experience in at least one of the following framework: ASP.NET, Node.js
• Experience in MVC (Model–View–Controller) software architectural pattern
• Experience in programming languages such as C#, HTML, HTML5, CSS, CSS3, JavaScript (including JQuery library)
• Experience in rational databases such as SQL Server, MySQL, SQLite
