Provide account servicing and consultancy advice to the firm’s key clients across the region;
Develop, implement and execute marketing and communication initiatives to effectively promote the firm’s services;
Manage and coordinate events including, hospitality & corporate philanthropy events, seminars and workshops;
Uphold a firm working knowledge and understanding of the marketing process, including the creation of marketing collateral, advertising, editorial, design, print and web. Be the communication focal point on all aspects of a project;
Be an active participant in the management of outside vendors used to supply these services;
Deliver a high level of service and can-do attitude in all aspects of developing and delivering marketing communications;
Be pro-active in assessing needs and delivering added value to the business wherever possible.
Requirements
A bachelor degree in marketing related discipline;
five years above marketing and project management experience, experience within a multinational organisation is a plus;
Meticulous and detail-oriented in delivering quality and consistent work;
Must be able to multi-task and cope under pressure in a dynamic working environment;
Excellent interpersonal and relationship management skills; must be service oriented and a team player;
Strategic and creative thinker;
Ability to work independently;
Strong project management, reasoning, organizational and problem solving skills;
Strong client service approach is crucial;
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Chinese (Putonghua) is a must;
Excellent presentation and communications skills;
Computer literate and proficient in MS applications.
