Responsibility:

Develop new tools and methodologies to innovate our audit processes

Work with audit teams to improve our use of data analytics, and deploy new tools and technologies

Manage the design, development and deployment of innovation and analytics tools and solutions and implement them into the audit approach

Advise and support audit teams with respect to the selection of innovation and analytics tools and solutions to improve the experience for our people and clients

Capture user requirements and translate them into business and digital enabled solutions

Liaise with IT specialists and key audit stakeholders on the development of audit methodology projects; communicate the project requirements widely; and conduct periodic strategic reviews to ensure relevant stakeholders are aligned

Assess potential partnership and/or collaboration opportunities with external parties to ensure that suitable solutions and enhancements are developed in accordance with business strategic plans

Build business cases for new audit innovations, and provide input to evaluate and prioritize them based on strategic value and other criteria

Work closely with the Global Audit Innovation team to support how we can bring globally developed innovations and analytics to our Deloitte China practitioners

Develop, evaluate, assess and test new audit innovations for our audit practice

Oversee development projects and manage project scope to facilitate feature, cost and schedule trade-off decisions to ensure product goals and launch timings are met.

Conduct user reviews and stakeholder meetings to identify project risks and make recommendations to mitigate these risks

Enforce system development standards, quality management and progress reviews

 

Requirements:

Degree holder, preferably majoring in Computer Science / Information Systems. Possession of Project Management certificate preferred.

Strong business acumen and good technical background.

8+ years of experience in managing and delivering scalable web-based digital solutions. Knowledge in e-Commerce or Digital Transformation is a plus.

Familiar with market trends and emerging technologies such as Big Data, Internet of Things, FinTech etc.

Good client management experience and able to deal with both business users and technical personnel

Prior experience in leading virtual teams preferred

Strong leadership, organizational and presentation skills

Must have strong problem solving skills

Ability to work independently and think creatively

Flexibility in learning new topics, handling change and deadlines

Good oral and written communication skills in both English and Chinese
