Role Overview
The Product Manager (PM) is responsible for developing, leading and ensuring the implementation of the brand plan for product/s of responsibility, supporting the company’s business plan. PM is responsible for the design and the execution of the brand strategy according to the EMEA brand plans. The role’s responsibilities also include the market data analysis, in order to protect the brand’s integrity and market share. PM also acts as a CVTL (the Country Value Team Leader) of the product and maintains communication and collaboration across functions, the IBVTs and the marketing functional network.

The Product Manager & CVTL has the following areas of responsibility:
Develops and executes brand strategy and brand plan
Contributes to the forecasting and budgeting activities
Analyses market data, sales data and IMS data
Develops innovative marketing programs based on brand strategy
Produces promotional materials following HCBI guidelines
Monitors KPIs of products of responsibility and adjusts plans accordingly (brand performance, Monitors budget for planned activities/ brand promotional budget
Monitors competitive activity
Exploits market opportunities and addresses market/ customer needs according to HCBI guidelines
Works productively with external agencies, cross functional groups, marketing functional network, CVTs and IBVTs network
Builds strong business relationships with KOLs and monitors industry developments impacting business
Works closely with sales personnel to provide guidance and collect feedback
Provides relevant training to sales force/ medical representatives and ensures brand vision/strategy buy-in
Has shared responsibility for sales target’s achievement of product of responsibility
Develops customer oriented programs and beyond the pill activities to increase customer/ brand loyalty
Coordinates market research for brand of responsibility and analyses data to gain customer insights
Qualifications
Our Requirements:
Acquired University degree in Pharmaceutics/Medicine or equivalent
Fluency in English language, native level of Romanian
Relevant Sales and/or Marketing experience (at least 2 years), Pharmaceutical marketing experience appreciated
Hematology, Oncology, Immunology or Diabetes TA knowledge would be advantageous
Strategic mind-set, decision making ability and commercial acumen
Brand strategy design and execution, forecasting and budgeting experience desired
Customer focus, customer insight / orientation and KOLs management experience
Analytical thinking, data and scenarios analyses skills
Strong leadership abilities, collaboration & team work skills
Matrix environment and virtual team collaboration experience welcomed
MS Office (focus on advanced user experience in Excel and PPT)
