Responsibility
Responsible for assisting with implementation and life cycle process of recruitment work
Receive, screen, and filter incoming resumes, background, and reference checks
Conduct initial screening interviews, telephone interviews, and/or face-to-face interviews with prospective clients for corporate functions and high volume projects
Ensure the maintenance of accurate and concise records and reports concerning all linkage of the recruitment process, drive and push all the needs fulfilled in time
Maintain consistent standards for all applicants and ensure compliance with all local rules and regulations related to hiring and recruiting
Reporting and support team operation works
Support on other TA recruitments if any
Requirements
2-3 years of relevant experience
Bachelor’s Degree in HRM preferred
Can works well under pressure, ability to work in fast-paced environment
Sense of professionalism and ability to develop relationships with strong attention to detail
Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and meet timelines on deliverables
Strong communication with fluent English & Chinese both written and verbally
Proficient in Microsoft Office, strong excel & PPT skills preferred
