Join PwC’s Employment Services team in our Sydney CBD office as a Consultant/ Senior Consultant to inspire confidence and client loyalty whilst offering new insights and commercial solutions. The Employment Services team help Australia’s employers manage their most significant asset, their people.
About The Role
We are seeking Accountants with 1-5 years tax experience in a Big 4 or a leading national firm. Reporting to the Employment Services management team, the Consultant/ Senior Consultant will –
Provide fully integrated tax and consultancy services to leading businesses, start up entrepreneurs and not for profit organisations;
Present with strong communication skills; and coach junior members of the team.
About You
As a Consultant/ Senior Consultant you will have –
Progressed in your CA or equivalent qualification
Demonstrated experience in working with businesses or not for profit clients
Strong tax technical skills and the ability to research tax legislation and case law
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Exceptional relationship skills – evidence of an ability to build and maintain client relationships, a proactive approach to managing varied clients responsibilities and the ability to network well internally
Excellent project management skills that enable you to effectively multi-task various engagements simultaneously
An open and inquisitive mind with a desire to learn
